Head of ICMA Centre wins award

Carol Padgett

The University Teaching Fellowship (UTF) scheme is a prestigious and extremely competitive award. A small number of staff win the award each year and they are granted the accolade of University Teaching Fellow.

The UTF Selection Panel were impressed by Carol's approach in using technology to complement traditional teaching methods. They also recognised her highly reflective approach to developing excellence in T&L and her evident commitment to developing colleagues in Henley Business School and across the university.

“I am delighted to have been given this award and look forward to joining the UTF Community of Practice. I am sure I will get many new ideas from my fellow UTFs - be assured that I will share them with Henley colleagues so that we can further our commitment to offering our students an enriching experience.”
