Women in Business: Leadership without a gender
The changing role of Women in Business is the annual event held at the ICMA Centre. A panel of speakers come together to discuss their experience and tips about the challenges that professional women may face, when trying to succeed in the workplace and in their careers.
Dr Miriam Marra, Lecturer in Finance organises the event which sees a range of panellists, who come from public and private sectors. This year the panel included the following speakers:

Fayola Jack, Deputy Director, Complex Transactions Team and Head of HM Government Dispute Resolution Practice
Fiona Kowalyk, Director at Barclays Investment Bank
Louise Nisbet, Partner at Knights PLC and former Chairman of Women in Property (Thames Valley)
