Dr. Monika Tarsalewska is a Senior Lecturer in Finance at the University of Exeter. She is also the Deputy Director of Exeter Sustainable Finance Centre.

She hold a PhD in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lancaster.

Her research interests focus on executive compensation, corporate governance, corporate misconduct, M&As, private equity and venture capital, and IPOs.

Dr. Tarsalewska has published in leading international journals including The Accounting Review, the Journal of Corporate Finance, the Journal of Banking and Finance, the Journal of Business Ethics, and the British Journal of Management. She is also an editorial board member at the British Journal of Management.
