The distinguished speaker is Dr. Fahad Saleh who is an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Florida. He specialises in crypto-economics and teaches this subject both at the University of Florida and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds a PhD from New York University Stern School of Business.
Dr. Saleh is an Associate Editor at Management Science, a co-organizer of the Crypto and Blockchain Economics Research (CBER) Forum, and a fellow of the FinTech Initiative at Cornell University.
His research focuses on blockchain economics, cryptoassets, cryptoeconomics, and decentralized finance and has been published in leading academic journals such as the Review of Financial Studies, the Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science and the Journal of Corporate Finance.
